<p><strong><span>We have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team, based full time out of our Liverpool Distribution Centre </span></strong></p><p><span>Reporting into the Recruitment Partner you will be recruiting for a wide range of positions within our Supply Chain Network. As the Supply Chain Recruiter, you will support the network with all thing’s recruitment. From an initial brief with the hiring manager, to the offer and on-board stage with successful candidates. Working closely with key stakeholders in multiple functions, you’ll ensure that B&amp;M attract, select, and retain the best for our fast-paced business.</span></p><p><span>We are looking for someone who has experience within the recruitment field, proven tack record of filling vacancies &amp; has a knack for Recruitment Marketing. </span></p><p><strong><span>The role involves:</span></strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>Collaborating with hiring managers to establish the requirements for the role.</span></li><li><span>Proactively resourcing using a variety of search methods to identify talent.</span></li><li><span>Facilitating the recruitment process, telephone screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and providing candidate feedback.</span></li><li><span>Supporting the recruitment partner in collating data and insight to evaluate resourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.</span></li><li><span>Supporting the talent pipelines across the supply chain network.</span></li><li><span>Support the onboarding process for new managers</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>The key requirements and skills for the role are:</span></strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>Previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house or agency.</span></li><li><span>Full working knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including on-boarding.</span></li><li><span>Confident and credible, able to build relationships at all levels.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of the recruitment market</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing</span></li><li><span>Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.</span></li><li><span>Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.</span></li><li><span>Highly organised, able to prioritise and react to change.</span></li><li><span>Results focused and able to work to tight deadlines.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>If this role excites you and you think you’ve got what it takes, we want to hear from you!</span></strong></p><p><em><span>B&amp;M Retail are an equal opportunity employer.
