Ensure they are equipped to achieve sales targets, exceed KPIs, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.</li><li class=""><strong class="">Sales &amp; Performance Management</strong>: Implement effective sales strategies that drive performance in your region. Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and use insights to enhance results across all stores.</li><li class=""><strong class="">Customer Experience</strong>: Champion exceptional customer service by ensuring that every store delivers a tailored, assisted sales experience in line with company values.</li><li class=""><strong class="">Operational Excellence</strong>: Oversee the operational performance of all stores in your region, ensuring they meet company standards in terms of compliance, stock management, and store presentation.</li><li class=""><strong class="">Talent Development</strong>: Manage the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of store teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, talent growth, and high engagement.</li><li class=""><strong class="">Financial Management</strong>: Drive profitability across your region by managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring each store maximizes sales and efficiency.</li><li class=""><strong class="">Stakeholder Management</strong>: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on regional performance and contributing to company-wide initiatives.</li></ul><hr class=""><h3 class=""><strong class="">The Ideal Candidate</strong></h3><p class="">The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in <strong class="">assisted sales</strong> and proven success in <strong class="">retail leadership</strong> roles.
