You will work cross functionally with stakeholders to build a high performing and accountable retail team. The role will be hands on, leading a region of around 30 stores in Surrey. </p><p style="font-weight: 400;"> <strong>Key areas where YOU can make an impact in role:</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Reviewing all store layouts to be more commercial and relevant to the local community</li><li>Developing more premium stores and setting up outlets stores to sell through product in a more profitable way</li><li>Review of store structure and team development to deliver best in class experience on the high street</li><li>Review of stock movement and how we get the right stock in the right place to drive sales</li><li>Communication and motivation for all retail teams, set the clear vision and bring the team on the journey</li><li>Operations, best practise for stores to be more productive.
