You will provide a full range of internal support servicesfor a range of departments</p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"></p><ul><li>Provide general administrationsupport to the Retail Property Department</li><li>Deal with day to day maintenanceenquiries and liaise with contractors/suppliers</li><li>Maintain the Property helpdesk, receiving and responding to incoming property queries by phone or email.</li><li>Arranging and managing contractor works.</li><li>Overseeing department filing, ensuring records are up to date and accurately filed.</li><li>Assisting the Retail Team with maintaining the employee intranet and staff notice boards, as requested.</li><li>Any other duties within Central Service appropriate for the grade as directed by the Retail Property team.</li><li>Assisting withongoing new store openings, relocations and refit projects.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><b>KeySkills and Experience:</b></div><p class="MsoNormal"><i>Essential:</i></p><div><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong levels of communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Excellent organisational skills.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Capable of working to tight deadlines.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Dedicated and responsible approach to job role.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with crisis situations in an appropriate manner.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Must be able to exercise tact, good judgment and sensitivity both in-person and on the telephone.</li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><i>Desirable:</i></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Previous experience of working within a property-based role.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Trained to administer first aid.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Trained to be a fire marshal</li><li class="MsoNormal">Willingto travel to support retail store estate&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div><!----><!---->
