Retail Operations & Facilities Assistant Full-time (Hybrid role) Earlsfield/Kingston-upon-Thames

Purpose of the Role:

The Facilities Assistant will assist with the dailyoperation and coordination of Property services to provide a safe and healthyworking environment. You will provide a full range of internal support servicesfor a range of departments

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrationsupport to the Retail Property Department
Deal with day to day maintenanceenquiries and liaise with contractors/suppliers
Maintain the Property helpdesk, receiving and responding to incoming property queries by phone or email.
Arranging and managing contractor works.
Overseeing department filing, ensuring records are up to date and accurately filed.
Assisting the Retail Team with maintaining the employee intranet and staff notice boards, as requested.
Any other duties within Central Service appropriate for the grade as directed by the Retail Property team.
Assisting withongoing new store openings, relocations and refit projects.
