The successful Operations Manager will come from a , fast paced retail store and be responsible for all warehouse, back stage areas, customer despatch and any associated customer service issues.</p><p>Our client has a thriving Retail business, we now need an exceptional Retail Store Operations Manager to join them as they continue to succeed and expand.</p><p>We are looking to recruit an in-store Operations Manager who has excellent retail skills, has strong leadership experience, passionate about the customer journey and enjoys what they do. You will be from a fast paced warehouse style environment and will be hands on, committed and driven. </p><p>Key responsibilities as our new Retail Store Operations Manager:</p><ul><li>Manage a store team of warehouse/delivery colleagues</li><li>Take control of the customer service and feedback team</li><li>Ecommerce and online delivery despatch experience essential</li><li>Responsible for all online order processing</li><li>Manage delivery logistics</li><li>Stock control and stock management</li><li>Customer Service Management for any delivery issues or online order problems</li><li>Recruitment and training of colleagues</li><li>KPI management</li><li>Delivery and distribution knowledge and experience</li><li>Work closely with the business owners to delivery their online strategy</li></ul><p>This is a great role for an operationally focused retail manager who can bring ideas, drive a motivation to a great business.
