There multi-channel presence spans multiple markets, and are committed to investing in growth, opportunity, and creating an environment where there teams thrive.<br><br>Your Role:<br>We are looking for a highly skilled and immediately available Rewards Manager to join on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about rewards and compensation, thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and enjoys autonomy while working in a transformative space.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to design and execute the company's total rewards strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.</li><li>Manage and refine internal compensation structures, conducting benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.</li><li>Lead all share-related activity across the business, including the rollout of executive and leadership share schemes.</li><li>Partner with the CPO &amp; Legal team on reward-based remuneration activities.</li><li>Oversee employee benefits programs such as health, wellness, pension schemes, and other perks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.</li><li>Develop and implement performance-based reward and incentive programs that drive employee engagement and productivity.</li><li>Work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to budget and forecast compensation and benefits expenditures.</li><li>Drive employee recognition initiatives that reinforce company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.</li><li>Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of reward programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all regions, including international locations as applicable.</li><li>Lead, manage, and mentor a small team, fostering high performance and professional development.</li></ul><div> </div><p>What We're Looking For:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in rewards, compensation, and benefits, ideally within a fast-paced or e-commerce industry.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing small team.</li><li>Expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analytics.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.</li><li>An interest in fashion or a related industry would be an advantage.</li><li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>BBBH32911</strong></p></dd>
