Whilst they continue to evolve through their elevated product offer they are organically growing their merchandising function to support the business with their strategies to reach more spaces in the UK and internationally. </span></p><p class=""><span class="">The role of an Assistant Merchandiser will be to support the Merchandising Team to achieve departmental sales, markdown, stock, intake and profit plans. In return for your hard work and commitment, this role offers a path for development and progression within a merchandising channel.</span></p><p class=""><span class="">Responsibilities Include:</span></p><ul class=""><li class=""><span class="">Own daily line sales, update your forecasts for all areas </span></li><li class=""><span class="">Monitor stock vs sales across all platforms, and gain full trading visibility into partners performance each week </span></li><li class=""><span class="">Review margin across all lines weekly, whilst being able to protect new product margin gains with the wider buying and merchandising team</span></li><li class=""><span class="">Build lessons learnt decks for each season</span></li><li class=""><span class="">Continuously analyse stock, sales, availability, size ratios</span></li><li class=""><span class="">Suggest and implement mark down and promo's with the trading team</span></li><li class=""><span class="">Protect never out of stock lines with forecasting accurately at the start of each season </span></li><li class=""><span class="">Place well balance order qunatities on each range, producing clear ranges with hero and core lines </span></li><li class=""><span class="">Manage all admin amends and updates around data dumping and actualised sales </span></li><li class=""><span class="">Work closely to all product teams, in house and partner side on the trading calendar</span></li><li class=""><span class="">Ensure stock is in at the right time, in the right place and well stocked at all times to achieve sales </span></li><li class=""><span class="">You will identify where cancellations and phasing activity needs to occur with the support of your assistant and trainee. </span></li><li class=""><span class="">Development of junior members of the team, motivating team morale whilst setting realistic goals &amp; objectives.</span></li><li class=""><span class="">Ensure that the daily administrative tasks are done being done accurately &amp; in a timely manner by your direct reports.</span></li><li class=""><span class="">Review product and supplier mix's with your Buyer to ensure that the right product, quality and designs are being brought into the business</span></li></ul><p><span class="">BBBH32089</span></p><p> </p>
