You'll take ownership of BI projects from concept to delivery, champion best practices, and support the development of mid-level team members.</p><p>You'll combine technical excellence with business acumen to design and deliver high-quality, impactful data solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential to influence decision-making at all levels.<br><br></p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li aria-level="1">Take ownership of end-to-end BI solution delivery, from requirements gathering to dashboard deployment and stakeholder sign-off.</li><li aria-level="1">Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders to define KPIs, identify data needs, and build tailored reports that influence strategic decisions.</li><li aria-level="1">Translate complex business questions into clear, insightful data visualizations and dashboards.</li><li aria-level="1">Mentor and support mid-level BI developers, helping them grow technically and professionally.</li><li aria-level="1">Ensure scalability, maintainability, and documentation of BI solutions to support team standards.</li><li aria-level="1">Partner with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to improve data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.</li><li aria-level="1">Continuously improve BI processes and tools, advocating for automation, optimization, and user-centric design.</li><li aria-level="1">Actively contribute to team rituals (code reviews, planning, retrospectives) and share knowledge to strengthen team capability.</li><li aria-level="1">Support project tracking and sprint planning using JIRA and other agile tools.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">Key requirements:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><strong>Must-Have:</strong></p><ul><li aria-level="1">5+ years of experience in a BI or data analytics role, with a proven track record of delivering business impact.</li><li aria-level="1">Advanced SQL expertise and experience working with complex data models and large datasets.</li><li aria-level="1">Strong experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), with the ability to create polished, user-friendly dashboards.</li><li aria-level="1">Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.</li><li aria-level="1">Ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li aria-level="1">Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.</li><li aria-level="1">Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning, story estimation, and cross-functional collaboration.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li aria-level="1">Experience working with Finance and/or Retail data domains.</li><li aria-level="1">Deep knowledge of Metabase.</li><li aria-level="1">Experience in mentoring or leading junior/mid-level BI developers.</li><li aria-level="1">Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data modeling best practices.<br><br></li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">What we offer:</div><div class="earcu_posdescriptionnote"><ul><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;
