The successful candidate ideally will have  experience in Cabinet Vision to lead our design efforts and support the growth of the design team. </p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of the design process for bespoke fitted furniture projects, including media        walls, wardrobes, under-stair storage, and other custom designs. </li><li>Cabinet Vision Expertise: Utilise Cabinet Vision to produce high- quality, accurate CAD designs that meet client specifications and manufacturing requirements.</li><li>Build Packs &amp; Install Instructions: Generate detailed build packs with comprehensive assembly instructions and installation guides to assist manufacturing and installation teams. </li><li>Catalogue Development: Work on the continual development and refinement of our in-house product catalogue within Cabinet Vision, ensuring all available furniture components are updated and accurate. </li><li>Quality Control: Perform thorough design checks to ensure accuracy in measurements, clearances, and the correct positioning of components. Identify and resolve any design issues prior to production.  </li><li>Collaborate closely with sales, project managers, and manufacturing teams to deliver designs that align with customer expectations and project timelines. </li><li>Produce Mechanical &amp; Electrical (M&amp;E) drawings where required, ensuring that all installations account for service feeds and other site-specific details. </li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>EXPERIENCE NEEDED:</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Extensive experience with Cabinet Vision software, including UCS creation and catalogue development. </li><li>Experience with Alpha cam is a plus. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of CAD design experience, with at least 2 years </li><li>Proven track record in designing for media walls, wardrobes, under- stair storage, and other bespoke fitted furniture solutions. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure designs are accurate and production ready. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with sales designers and project stakeholders. </li><li>Experience in producing M&amp;E drawings is a bonus. </li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing and installation processes for bespoke furniture. </li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a dynamic and fast-growing successful business </strong><strong>and develop their career further?
