Join us to shape impactful campaigns and make your mark as a brand guardian!</p><p class="p3"><strong>This it a maternity cover role, 12 months contract.</strong></p><p class="p3"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul class="ul1"><li class="li1"><strong>Creative Excellence:</strong> Lead the creation of high-quality design work, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all store POS formats, including digital screens.</li><li class="li1"><strong>Innovative Thinking:</strong> Deliver fresh, standout campaigns and support exciting new product launches to position our own brands as market leaders.</li><li class="li1"><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Manage and develop a team of Graphic Designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.</li><li class="li1"><strong>Brand Guardian:</strong> Act as the protector of our brand identity, ensuring precision and accuracy in every detail.</li><li class="li1"><strong>Campaign Execution:</strong> Support store hoardings, graphics, new openings, refits, and refurbs to maintain a strong brand presence.</li></ul><p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><span data-teams="true">This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&amp;B.
