<div><div><p>Do you <strong>have good interpersonal and communication skills?</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></div><div><p>Looking for a role where you <strong>support your merchandising team with administrative support in the planning, trading and potentializing product sales?</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></div><div><p>If so, we have an opportunity for a <strong>Retail Merchandising Admin Assistant</strong>&nbsp;to join our Merchandising&nbsp;team!&nbsp;</p></div><div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The<strong> Impact</strong> you will have in this role is:</span>&nbsp;</p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Creating and distributing weekly and monthly reports of sales and stock figures to support management decision making and forward planning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Update and key price changes and promotions on the system and communicate to Retail.&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Responsible for ensuring sales data is collated and uploaded onto the system in a timely manner.&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Responsible for raising seasonal and in season orders on the system.&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Working with Assistant Merchandisers assist in Identify supply chain issues and dealing with problems or delays as they arise.&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Stock Allocation: Keying stock allocations onto the system to ensure appropriate quantities of stock to stores in line with the seasonal Merchandising strategy.&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Actioning authorised allocation adjustments (and making recommendations) in line with the theme calendar, to include events, seasonal trends, etc.&nbsp;</p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Maintain minimum credible display stock levels in line with the MDQs and store grading.
