<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Senior Operations Manager | Midlands | E-commerce | c£65k</strong></span></p><h3><span style="font-size: small;">Zachary Daniels are working exclusively on a Senior Operations Manager vacancy to be based within an E-commerce site based in the Midlands. </span></h3><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing</span> all International Operations including domestic first mile, middle mile trans-atlantic/european linehaul, in-country brokers &amp; final mile providers.</p><p> </p><h3><strong>This isn't your typical Warehouse Ops role. It's much more strategic and this is an ideal role for those looking to develop into more senior project management roles. This role puts you at the forefront emerging technology to solve complex productivity challenges.</strong></h3><p><strong> I am only looking to speak to those candidates who have international logistics or supply chain experience. </strong></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Ownership of operational volume &amp; finacial reporting for the end to end International Operation</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot and repair issues with key systems</li><li>Key contact for all International Transport queries, from Customer Onboarding, &amp; Operational escalaton</li><li>Working along side Trade Compliance managers ensuring all cross boarder transits are completed in a highly compliant mannor.</li><li>Provide data visualisations of troubleshooting to internal stakeholders</li><li>Own or actively participate in continuous improvement projects</li><li>Work with different departments to ensure all systems are correctly documented and that accurate backup libraries are maintained</li><li>Supporting Head of Product with profit &amp; loss reporting &amp; yearly budget forecast</li><li>Championing a continuous improvement culture to consistenty push the bounderies of the possible to create a best-in-class customer experience</li><li><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p></li><li>In depth knowledge of products in area of responsibility</li><li>Development and implementation of strategy with a Product management environment</li><li>Complex problem solving skills</li><li>Stakeholder Management</li><li>Knowledge of and preferably experience within consumer focused product development and delivery.</li><li>Skills in influencing up to board level internally and externally.</li></ul><ul><li>Salesforce experience preferable</li></ul><div><strong> </strong><div>BBH32321</div></div></dd>
