Using this information, you will&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and design new opportunities to improve Holland &amp; Barrett across our digital&nbsp;channels, and&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;effectively communicating your designs with product managers and engineers to ensure that what is built is&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;and high-quality</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">About the Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li>Developing the customer experience across the website and app to drive customer retention, conversion, and satisfaction.  </li><li>Analysing various goals to map out user flows for current and new features.  </li><li>Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to better inform decisions and priorities.  </li><li>Building out wireframes and prototypes for user testing, A/B testing and our agile development workstreams.  </li><li>Working with product managers to record all functional requirements for developers.  </li><li>Communicating interaction design through technically detailed wireframes/prototypes.  </li><li>Understanding technical dependencies and requirements to help produce informed solutions.  </li><li>Ensuring Holland &amp; Barrett is accessible for all users through best practice and user feedback.  </li><li>Maintaining and helping to shape our Design System which aligns to the Holland &amp; Barrett brand guidelines.  </li><li>UAT (user acceptance testing) for front-end changes achieved through our development workstreams. </li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">Key Requirements:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li>Experience of ecommerce shopping behaviours and best practices in UX design is desirable </li><li>Experience in responsive design and ecommerce apps  </li><li>Experience in UI design and ability to create beautiful interfaces in high fidelity  </li><li>Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma or Adobe CS  </li><li>Ability to prototype &amp;
