As a key ambassador for the brand, you will lead a talented team in delivering a premium and personalised luxury service to our exclusive clientele. This role would develop a network and relationships in the local area to drive business growth. This role does not include Sunday working.</p><p><strong>Benefits include: </strong></p><ul><li> Salary up to £55,000 + Commission</li><li> Generous product allocation</li><li> Full training in Paris</li><li> Pension and so much more..</li></ul><p><strong>Spa Manager Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Team Leadership & Management</strong>: Lead and motivate a team of beauty therapists, ensuring excellent service and a dynamic, high-performance environment.</li><li><strong>Sales & Client Development</strong>: Achieve sales targets by proactively promoting luxury beauty, skincare and haircare products, ensuring a memorable experience for clients.</li><li>Build a loyal client base through personalised care and retention strategies.</li><li><strong>Customer Service Excellence</strong>: Provide tailored skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and high-end beauty treatments. Foster long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.</li><li><strong>Operational Excellence</strong>: Manage daily operations, including stock levels, scheduling, and administrative duties. Ensure the boutique remains organised, attractive, and in line with brand standards.</li><li><strong>Event Planning & Networking</strong>: Plan and execute in-store events to drive awareness and recruit new clients.
