This is an exciting to join a store that has had a brand-new shop fit. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirt a commercial eye and a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone that wants to build a community around the store, drive footfall through events and creative marketing.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong> </strong><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including sales, customer service, and inventory management</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage a team of assistant managers on a day-to-day basis, involved in recruitment, probations 1:1s etc.</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to assist in the operation of the shop</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve fundraising goals</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain accurate financial records and manage the shop's budget to ensure profitability</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain a positive relationship with donors, customers, and volunteers, and promote the shop's mission and purpose within the local community</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Plan and organise events and promotions to increase footfall and awareness of the shop</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Outstanding collaborative working ability with the manager and team of the on-site donation center.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>SkilLs:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Experienced in retail management, ideally in charity</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience in managing a team of employees or volunteers</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of volunteers</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">A committed and flexible self-starter who is adaptable and able to work independently</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Store Manager | Charity Superstore | North West London | £28,500 </strong></p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>BBBH31719</strong></p>
