Great opportunity to launch this exciting new store opening.  </p><p class=""><span class="">Store Manager Responsibilities: </span></p><ul class=""><li class="">Drive and motivate your team to achieve individual and store targets</li><li class="">Lead by example on the shop floor and back of house</li><li class="">Accountable for following company guidelines on policies and procedures.</li><li class="">Delivers total customer satisfaction via our service model and boosts sales through the customer experience, using advanced sales techniques to achieve results  </li><li class="">Minimises losses implementing, monitoring, and tracking all procedures of loss prevention.</li><li class="">Manages in store HR operations - recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development of the store team </li></ul><p class="">We want to recruit a Store Manager who is a credible presence in the store, and has proven leadership experience.
