We are looking for an inspirational <strong>Store Manager </strong>who is very commercial and loves a challenge<strong> in Kilkarney region.</strong></p><p>As a Store Manager you will focus on people, service, operations and product management.  You will take the lead in planning, organising monthly activities and be keen to build relationships with head office.  </p><p><strong>You will be responsible for at Store Manager; </strong></p><ul><li>Driving customer service levels.</li><li>Leading and inspiring your management team.</li><li>Overseeing people, service, operations and product management.</li><li>Sales generation, driving kpi's, budget and P&amp;L management.</li><li>Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained</li><li>Training and people development of employee's </li><li>One to one coaching and succession planning.</li></ul><p><strong>What our the must's:</strong></p><ul><li>You will be currently working at Assistant Manager, Store Manager or Department Manager. </li><li>Have at least 2-3 years Retail Management experience.</li><li>Have a natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail. </li><li>Experience working in Fashion highly desirable but not essential.
