As Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers, building relationships and creating a memorable experience in store. You will be leading a team and controlling budgets, driving sales and KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance are maintained, developing your team members to be successful in their careers.</p><div class="">The store is currently closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday, this role is 36hour contract over 5 days a week.</div><p class=""><span class="">Store Manager responsibilities:</span></p><ul class=""><li class="">Coaching &amp; mentoring your team to ensure continuous development</li><li class="">Leading by example while driving sales and KPI performance </li><li class="">Driving customer service and providing the ultimate shopping experience </li><li class="">Controlling costs and budgets and inputting data for weekly reports </li><li class="">Managing HR and recruitment </li><li class="">Keeping up to date with latest fashion trends </li></ul><p class=""><span class="">Experience and background: </span></p><ul class=""><li class="">Retail experience in either store or assistant management</li><li class="">A proven background in ladies fashion, lifestyle or accessories</li><li class="">A track record in driving KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance</li><li class="">A collaborative, people focused leadership style</li><li class="">Experience working in fast-paced, customer focused environments</li></ul><div class="">We are keen to speak with candidates who can adapt and work within a fast paced ladies fashion environment, who are hands on, strong leaders with passion for success!
