This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the service, repair, and manufacture of in-house tooling, supporting our production operations with precision and expertise. If you have a background as an operator or a CNC Machinist with tooling knowledge, we are keen to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Shift | </strong>6am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday</p><p><strong>Salary |</strong> £49,263.24 per annum</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p>As a Tool Room Servicing Operator, your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Servicing, repairing, and manufacturing tooling for our production facilities using a variety of machinery, including Vollmer QM machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, sharpening machines, and manual machines.</li><li>Assembling components and interpreting technical working drawings accurately.</li><li>Recording production data with precision and maintaining high standards of workmanship.</li><li>Conducting detailed quality checks aligned with our quality control processes.</li><li>Modifying tools and making adjustments as requested by the Tool Room Manager.</li><li>Performing machine safety checks before use and contributing to a safe, clean working environment.</li></ul><p><strong>What do you need to qualify for the Tool Room Servicing Operator:</strong></p><p>We’re seeking someone who brings hands-on experience and a proactive approach.
