At Nobia UK, we’re on the lookout for a <strong>UK Group Reporting Manager </strong>to join our talented Finance team.</p><p><strong>Salary - </strong>£65,000 - 70,000 plus a company bonus</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><p>Working within the Finance Reporting Team, you’ll hold the responsibility of maintaining accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations and support the wider business in adhering to processes and procedures, creating efficiencies and synergies in working practices, your day-to-day will include:</p><ul> <li>Supporting the Head ofReporting and department with the completion of Statutory Accounts.</li> <li>Building successfulrelationships and co-ordinating with external Tax Advisors.</li> <li>Ensuring Balance SheetReconciliations are completed accurately and on time.</li> <li>Completing andsupporting the team with Fixed Asset & Capex Reporting.</li> <li>Lead the implementationof Accounting Policy & Regulation changes and updates.</li> <li>Co-ordinating the YearEnd & Quarterly audits.</li> <li>Supporting with thedelivery of the Month End Close process and routines.</li> <li>Develop close workingrelationships with Store Compliance & Process Teams to ensurecompletion of store control checks are maintained.</li> <li>Owning the UK GroupCash Flow Forecasting.</li> <li>Setting clearexpectations for Internal Control Team in relation to performance metricsand holding them to account for delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a detail orientated problem-solver with a passion for maintaining accurate financial records.
