We are seeking a driven and passionate Warehouse Front Line Manager to lead a large team within the distribution centre.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;">The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, be self-motivated and hands-on with previous exposure to working within a fast based distribution or warehouse environment. </p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><strong>Warehouse Front Line Manager </strong>package:</strong></p><ul><li>The salary offered is be up to £38,000 + great company benefits </li><li>Onsite gym</li><li>Subsidised canteen </li><li>Staff Discount</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The role as <strong>Warehouse Front Line Manager </strong>:</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Leadership and role modelling for circa 50 staff members </li><li>Covering inbound receiving, stock put-away, picking and despatch.</li><li>Drives process change and improvements whilst maintaining Health &amp; Safety as a priority and developing standard operational process ensuring accuracy of stock is optimised.</li><li>Achieve and exceed operational KPIs and work with other departments on any deviations and corrective action plans.</li><li>Driving operational efficiency across multiple disciplines and time frames ensuring resources coordinated in line with changing demands and deadlines. </li><li>Championing engagement initiatives with up to date KPI monitoring. </li><li>Develop and drive process improvements within start up environment.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The candidate will have/be:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;">Currently in a WarehouseFront Line Manager or Supervisor role, ideally within general merchandiser or related field.</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Notable experience of managing in a warehouse environment </li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Warehouse systems with Red Prairie knowledge an advantage</li><li style="font-weight: 400;">Microsoft excel, word &amp; PowerPoint as you will be refining procedures and policies and procedures in the start-up period.</li></ul><div><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></div><div><strong>BBH: 32627</strong></div></dd>
