We do this by getting the right stock, at the right time, to the right place. If you can find it in a B&amp;M store, you can find it in our Warehouse, from tins of beans to garden furniture.</span></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>Picking product to go to our stores is the key part of a colleague’s role.</span></li><li><span>You will be trained how to drive safely around our 1.1 million square foot warehouse, on our Mechanical Handling Equipment, called LLOP’s,</span></li><li><span>Once you know how to drive a LLOP, you will be trained on how to pick product correctly for stores and ensure they are beautifully stacked on a pallet ready to go!</span></li></ul><p><span><br><strong>What else do you need to know:</strong></span></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>No chill or freezer work</span></li><li><span>We are looking for team players who also thrive when working independently.</span></li><li><span>You must be self-motivated, can work at pace, meet the required standards and targets.</span></li><li><span>The role can be physically demanding, however, rest assured it will keep you active.</span></li><li><span>Although experience is desirable, it is not essential.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span></span></strong><span>Pro rata</span></p><p><strong><span>We have a fast recruitment process &amp; are holding daily site tours, so if this sounds like what you’re after, click Apply and we’ll be in touch!</span></strong></p><p><em><span>B&amp;M Retail are an equal opportunity employer.
