If you're looking for a role where you can grow and challenge yourself, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!</p><h3>Responsibilities for a Service Support Administrator (but not limited to)</h3><p>As a <strong>Service Support Administrator</strong>, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that operational support requests are handled efficiently and in line with the company's service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.</p><ul><li>Receive, record, and process incoming customer support requests via phone and email.</li><li>Use the In-house system to log customer support requests accurately and promptly.</li><li>Create accurate quotations, estimates, or proposals for chargeable work and support services.</li><li>Co-ordinate both chargeable and non-chargeable support requests, ensuring they meet company standards and service level agreements.</li><li>Ensure all required documentation is obtained and recorded, and issue invoices for chargeable work in line with client payment terms.</li><li>Produce and review support-related reports for the Head of Support Services.</li><li>Respond to customer queries or concerns and escalate when necessary.</li><li>Participate in relevant meetings and work closely with technicians, management, customers, and suppliers.</li><li>Undertake other duties as required to support the business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Service Support Administrator Key Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Scheduling experience (beneficial).</li><li>Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Experience in producing customer quotations and estimates.</li><li>Knowledge of processing supplier and sub-contractor purchase orders.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li><li>Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li></ul><p> </p><p>BBBH32183</p>
